Welcome to ClaimTell. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
ClaimTell is a consumer financial recovery platform operated as part of the MarkTell brand family. The platform helps individuals identify potential unclaimed money, refunds, settlements, benefits, wages, pensions, and other claim opportunities through search, guidance, monitoring, and report services.
ClaimTell is not a government agency, law firm, claims processor, or financial advisor. We do not guarantee that any money will be recovered. We provide informational search results, source-backed guidance, and claim roadmaps to help you understand and act on potential opportunities.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use ClaimTell. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
ClaimTell offers the following types of products:
Our reports include automated search results where source access permits, guided instructions for sources requiring direct user action, confidence scoring, and step-by-step claim roadmaps.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. ClaimTell does not store credit card numbers or direct payment credentials on our servers.
ClaimTell charges flat fees only. We never charge a percentage of any money you may recover.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
ClaimTell does not guarantee that any search will result in the discovery of unclaimed money or other claim opportunities. Search results depend on many factors including the accuracy and completeness of your profile information, the availability and coverage of source databases, and whether matching records exist.
Our platform searches a catalog of sources including state unclaimed property databases, federal agency resources, class action settlement databases, bankruptcy court records, and other relevant sources. Not all sources can be searched automatically. Our reports clearly distinguish between sources we searched directly, sources you should search yourself, and sources that could not be accessed.
